Meet Nano Cat the little “panfur”, he is a rescued indoor black cat. Nano looks like a little panther cat with black fur, black foot pads, black whiskers, amber-colored eyes, and a couple of strands of white fur on his chest. Born around September 2016, he is smaller than the average Bombay cat, weighing about 8.4lbs. His legs and tail are medium lengths. Though small in stature, Nano is strong enough to wrestle and play equally with his bigger tabby cat brother Buddy the Meow.
Nano’s Panfur Cat Personality
Nano Cat is suspicious of most people, except for his human Mom and Dad. Though he is a momma’s boy at cuddling, he has warmed up to daddy recently. He is more talkative than Buddy and loves attention from mom and dad. If someone comes to visit, Nano Cat will hide under the bed (possibly he is still skittish from being a rescue cat?). His meow sounds like he is saying “yea”, it is fun to ask him questions and hear him reply “yea”. Nano also makes a half meow “murp” like sound when he is happy and playful. Sometimes he even makes a silent meow with no sound or a very faint sound.
Nano’s Favorite Play Activities
Nano Cat likes to bring toys to mom and dad, he will often meow from another room to announce his desire to play. His favorite toys are small plush mice, a feather, and a small plush mouse on a string that dangles from a stick. Nano is a pettable cat. He lays down and offers his tummy for a petting, he never swipes or attacks the hand. He is gentle and loving, he purrs and goes to sleep on mommy during evening TV time. His favorite game is chasing the red laser spot in the hallway, a nightly routine. He also loves to look out the window at birds or bugs. His favorite toy is a small mouse that lost all its stuffing, we call it his “bap-bap”. If we ask where is your “bap-bap”, he will go get it for us, then fling it in the air and catch it again to entertain us. He likes to lay on his side and extend his paws to play “bap-bap”. If we say “cuckoo bap-bap”, his eyes get really wide and he baps it really fast.
